Right of withdrawal VAYORA

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or contain flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* Reduced items

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which no refund will be given: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of wear

* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Reduced items

* Hygiene products

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts that are not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it can take some time for your refund to be officially processed. Next, contact your bank. It often takes a while for the refund to be credited. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@vayora.ch.

Sold-out items (if applicable)

Only items at the regular price can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email to info@vayora.ch and return the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the sender sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the sender and they will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping an item worth more than CHF 75, you should use a trackable shipping provider or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
